This impressive property, located in Midtown Tampa, was given to us as a bare shell with the primary objective of crafting an outstanding headquarters. Spanning across 23,000 sqft, our mission was to transform this space into a remarkable corporate environment.

The Result
We understood the brief from the client and as per their vision, went in the opposite direction from a typical financial company to curate a warm, welcoming, and quietly elegant vibe for this office space. One which felt more like a home. We knew we were on the right track when our mood boards and renders were all approved on the first go.
Through the interiors, furniture, fixtures, and other adornments, we created a space that felt quietly opulent and lived-in, creating the perception of being an age-old establishment and not a shiny, new office. The decor was our top priority and we invested a lot of hours to get the detailing just right. We focused on culture; installing art and stunning artefacts throughout the office. These finer elements truly brought the space together, and the result was a stately office space and a very happy client.
