Kove House sits proudly on owned land, with a 1700 sq. ft. residence on the first floor that opens up to a vast expanse of lush greenery. Designed for a dynamic young power couple, it’s a perfect blend of rooted luxury and modern calm.

The Ask

Varsha wanted a humble-looking home with smart storage, a folding floor-seating dining area, a traditional-style parents' bedroom, and a modern, trendy vibe for their own—so we crafted a design that blends simplicity with style.

The Result

We understood the brief from varsha and the home is a perfect mix of function and beauty. Every corner is thoughtfully planned—from smart storage solutions to a clean, modern layout. The kitchen & dining setup fits right into their lifestyle, while each bedroom reflects its user’s taste—traditional for the parents and trendy for the couple. It’s a cozy, practical, and beautiful space that truly feels like home.

Through the interiors, furniture, fixtures, and other adornments, we created a space that felt quietly opulent and lived-in, creating the perception of being an age-old establishment and not a shiny, new office. The decor was our top priority and we invested a lot of hours to get the detailing just right. We focused on culture; installing art and stunning artefacts throughout the office. These finer elements truly brought the space together, and the result was a stately office space and a very happy client.
